By using Free To Use, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

Free To Use provides a library of digital assets that may be used in various content. Users can browse, download, and use assets in accordance with the Free To Use License.

Our Free To Use License governs all rights and limitations related to the use of digital assets on the Platform. By downloading or using any digital asset, you agree to be bound by the FTUL. To the extent that a conflict arises between these Terms and the FTUL regarding usage rights, the FTUL shall control.

All digital assets, website content (excluding images), logos, and other associated materials are the exclusive property of Free To Use ApS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Some features of the Platform require registration. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Users may purchase subscriptions or single-asset licenses to access extended usage rights. Prices are listed on the Platform and are subject to change without notice. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final; refunds will only be granted in cases where technical issues prevent access to the purchased content.

To request a refund due to technical issues, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase and provide a detailed explanation of the issue. We reserve the right to verify and assess such requests before issuing any refund.

Users may upgrade or cancel subscriptions at any time. Upon cancellation, subscription licenses will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Any content published during an active subscription period will remain licensed and covered under the terms applicable at the time of use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others or to the Platform.

The Platform and its services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform or any service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free To Use ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Free To Use ApS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
